Excessive Billing, unnecessary parking addition by Ola Cabs

I had traveled from Dwarka Sector 4 to Indira Gandhi International Airport. The estimated bill was 340 rupees. Firstly the driver took a route that was 28 kms long and then too I was stuck in traffic and reached at nick of time. I was charged 150 rupees for parking. It was pick and drop service. How can I be charged for parking? Why has it been added to my account? when i reached their customer care service they said they can’t resolve it. This is forgery and cheating. They can’t charge me for something I didn’t ask for.
