Fake Bose and JBL speakers from zoomshop.in

I had ordered bluetooth speakers of reputed comapny bose and jbl from the website zoomshop.in. i recieved the product on 22nd of july. On using it i realized that the product is duplicate. I requested refund but the website is not responding. The clearly said that we wont help you in this case.
