Fake job offers from UTS System, Gujrat

They signed agreement copy in ph. on 15th feb 20 and when i know the agreement clearly i refused the work and mailed them when they provide me work thay take my work in whatsup number and says that provide to others. Today they called me for charges 6700/-. How can i pay if i given work return to them.
