Fake jobs from onlineworkjob and demand for money

I was called by OnlineWorkJob and they ask me to fill 800 forms for which the will pay 28000 rs. Then they ask me to do digital signature. then they send me agreement and in this entire conversation they never mentioned about the peneilty amount. Now they are sending me sms and some advocate is calling and trying to threat me about the case is being open in court and all. They are asking for 3999+some amount which is mentioned in Agreement but there is no signature of mine on that agreement. Please guide me furture

Subsequently, due to some personal issues he cancelled the booking. MMT informed that they he would get a refund of Rs.25,786 after deductions. However he got only Rs.7,016/-.
