Fraud Mobile Numbers on the Bharat Matrimony Site

Fake Mobile Numbers on the Bharat Matrimony Site

My account is registered with Bharat Matrimony with the mail ID. I have observed that the mobile numbers given in the profiles are fake/fraud which do not belong to the Bride’s family.
I am mentioning a few numbers which are fake and belongs to some other matrimonial site who asks for money from me if I contact the given numbers on the Bharat Matrimony Site.

2) 72xxxxxxxx2 (Matri ID: H12104247)
Please take suitable action against such profiles and I want my full refund as Bharat Matrimony and their people are cheating with me by taking charges on account of premium services.

Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. Refund from Suitslabel – Rs.990/-: Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum had placed an order for designer kurtis on Suitslabel 06-04-2019 against cash on delivery. Customer received a different product and not the same as shown in the portal and ordered by her. She emailed to them about the discrepancy but there was no response. Free memory card from Mobilestore: NISHIT GAIKWAD, AHMEDNAGAR, MAHARASHTRA (Email: nishitgaikwad16[at]rediffmail.com) had ordered mobile phone ( lava iris 349 ) with online shopping site THE MOBILE STORE order no. 3110395016834.
