Fake mobile received from 2gud.com

Please dont buy any product from 2gud company because Flipkart has a good name in market because flipkart is making fake business with 2gud.com.
I bought one iPhone 6 mobile that mobile battery is not in good condition i asked for refund that deducted amount but that 2gud is not ready to return my money. Jsut because they got money and trully i am saying that company surving totally fake Product. And these things is very well know by Flipkart.com. please return my mobile and give me. Balance amount. Otherwise resolve my problme. 2gud is trully FAKE COMPANY. so please dont buy from this site.

Mobile back cover is not original.
Battery charger is not inside a box.
Warrenty card is not inside a box.
Over all iPhone is tottaly fake .

Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. Refund from Suitslabel – Rs.990/-: Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum had placed an order for designer kurtis on Suitslabel 06-04-2019 against cash on delivery. Customer received a different product and not the same as shown in the portal and ordered by her. She emailed to them about the discrepancy but there was no response.
