I had ordered a nike pegasus shoes on 12/11/2019 on COD and received the item on 15/11/2019 and made payment. Upon opening the product and having one look at it, I reaslised the product is fake as there were threads coming out and the sole of the shoe was rock hard. I immediately informed snapdeal on 15/11/2019 to take the product back which they confirmed will be done within 24-48 hours. It has been more than a month now but return has not been picked up and reques tis getting cancelled with remark “customer wants to keep the product”. It is nothing but cheating on part of snapdeal and its courier ecom express as I have requested return on more than 10 times but everytime its getting cancelled with same reason. I have made multiple calls to snapdeal and its courier ecom express and they have standard statement of 24-48 hours which has not been met. I wish to file a complaint in consumer court or the same and request refund of product and compensation for harassment as they don’t seem to be a geuine company like flipkart, amazon and are running the company to cheat gullible customers.
