I received a call from metrexa technology, Gujrat for online form filling. They made a digital agreement for doing the work. When I came to know that in 10 days I have to fill 1000 forms then I realised it will be difficult and therefore I requested customer care to cancel the job work. Next day I received a call from Sxxxxi demanding Rs.5000 which I refused. Thereafter they send a Notice demanding Rs.12,000 but I refused payment.

I am recived the call Gujarat d.v. enterprise company these person are offer 8day work 1200 form filling 24000 per month payment this target are not complete anyone person are regular calling 4000 rs are pay in court and today call advocate You pay in court 100000 rs

I got one call from HIRING CIRCLE Services on 16 dec to work online filling form 1000 in 10 days and they want to have accuracy of 90% and if i dont do then i have to pay admin charges 3400rs , as of now i have submitted my work and after this they send me qc report which is expected in 3 working days and now they are demanding me money to pay even after i have done complete work
@Abhijeet Gaikwad Same problem here with HIRING CIRCLE .I got call from 17 Dec .I have already paid the same amount. Now they are asking for more money for second slot as 2000 thousand and they are saying if you want to cancel agreement then pay for it as 1500. This is totally fraud don’t pay anything bhai
I got a call from VIZ TECHNOLOGY on 23.06.2020 to work online form filling for 1200 forms in 8 days and they want accuracy of 90 % and if i dont do then i have to them 6700 rs and they have share a agreement of 6700 rs on 23.06.2020 via mail. but i have seen that mail on 26.06.2020 and i have clearly replied that i am not accepting this agreement because they have not told me about this agreement at initial time. as of now i have submitted my work in given time period on 30.06.2020 and on 01.07.2020 they have sent me QC. report and informed me that your 350 forms are not ok and you have pay amount as mentioned in agreement and i they have sent me a notice against of it on mail and also dispatch a hard copy to address. Please tell me what i do next ??

I have a complaint about ELECTRON company, GUJRAT. They offered an online form feeling job and I thought to give it a try. I signed a document from their app. I completed my work and rechecked it. But QC failed. I am quite sure the result was wrong as I checked the work already but didn’t have any screenshot of that. Some girl just called me and said she is an advocate and asked me to pay the money otherwise they will drag me to the court. I am sure it’s a fraud. What should I Do?
A company named excellent data solutions contacted me from some app. And assigned me a work of filling 1000 forms in 10 days and which I couldn’t finish because they didn’t gave me proper guidelines when I contacted their help centre no proper response was given and now they are asking me to pay them a sum of 10,000 to 15,000 and sent me a mail saying they have filled a case against me. What should I do?

Is tarah ka illegal/blackmailing/fraud itne bulk me ho rha hai, sarkar action kyo nhi le rhi. Jyadatar ye gujrat se hi ho rha, kendra ko immediately action lena chaiye. Inlogon ka racket kitna bara hai ki in logon ne public ko darane ke liye ek lawer forum vi Google par dal rakha hai uspar complain dalne se case register ka msg aa jata hai.

I’m also have the similar situation.Megastar solutions named company called me and offer me formfilling job. I completed 1400 forms within 7 days. But they told me my qc report is failed and i have to pay 7100 maintenance and penlty fee within half an hour. So i pay them exact amont. The mext day someone called me and threatened me to pay 6100 rupees if i didn’t pay the amount they will file a complaint against me and it will spoil my future. They said i can’t get government jobs. I’m just a student. What do i do now. I really worked hard. Like mahammad i really sacrificed my sleeping and playing time and also i even starved to complete the work. Someone help me please

Due to lockdown and my family financial crisis I applied a job. I received a job offer from ORNOTA SOLUTION. The job is, I have to complete 1000 forms in 8 days. I did the job in 5 days and submitted successfully. On 7th day a lady (said she was a advocate) called me and said that QC was failed and I need to pay them 6500 Rs. I checked the website where I filled the form, almost more than half of the forms which are marked as incorrect are actually correct. So didn’t payed any amount. But lady filed a complaint on the court and I received a message too. I don’t know what to do next. I was mentally disturbed a lot. I leads to depression. Already my family is suffering a lot from last year due to lockdown so I decided to do this job. Please someone help me to get rid of this issue.

I joined one form filling job and even submitted license as an ID proof and they made a digital agreement. Their company is not on web and I thought they might be fraud and I cancelled it. But they already told in agreement to pay 1500 if cancelled. Should I pay it????

I have given 1000 forms to fill in 10 days from Axxel Company Himachal Pradesh, I knew its not possible, but I tried doing that, I failed doing and also didn’t find that Company on Google when I browsed. I confirmed they are fraud and also stopped working.
After 10days the Legal person called me and said to pay 3400/- as I didn’t complete the work I refused to pay the amount, they are saying that they will take legal action on me and also will sent Legal notice to my home address.
If I don’t pay this 3400/- they are saying that you will need to pay 40,000/- in court
What should I do? I am very much scared
I am got cheated by this even they said do work and then said ur forms filled are not correct so u should pay penalty if not means will take leagal action and I paid 7 k for closing my case and agian after few days they blakmeled me using my address will send court notice. A company name Empire Digitech had called me for work from home job and I agreed for that bcz I belong from a poor family.And they made a agreement and had told me we give you 390 form and out if that 351 must be correct and for that we pay Rs 46 per form. I have filled up all the form but now they told me 46 forms are incorrect and u have to pay 8000 rupees otherwise we will case against you and they sent a notice in my mail id and told me to present on 1st August in junagadh court and a penalty of Rs 88000. what shall I do. Kindly help me and my aadhar card photo copy with them. There is no website showing on that name. But if u have any login id then u can see that.
Guys One thing Whenever you receive certain job offers, or someone called about the job you have to ask detailed information about the job, most of the people make it’s the way of easy earning First check either they have proper website or not and ask about the details of the company, and the details of the person that u contacted during the process, there is no such kind of a guarantee after filling 1200 forms you will get 15 to 16 k, its just the fraud, quite simple thing the data base that you are seeing in dashboard that you have to fill is already uploaded by them the why there is need to someone to fille the same details that you are seeing in the dashboard itself, they try to make you fool by sending fake digital agreement which has your signature and Photo don’t afraid for this kind of people straight away give some good payback to them and one thing don’t pay single penny to this kind of people.
