Fake product delivered by shoposum

I order a fastrack watch from shoposum website. The watch was fastrack brand but when i received courier they delivered me local brand watch and fraud of 747. In shoposum website it is clearly mentioned that returned anf refund policy of 15 days i was also mail to shoposum but there is no response from shoposum to me, I have received courier 2 days ago.

Prestige Grinder servicing by TTK: Naveen Kumar, Vaanagaram Road, Athipet, Ambattur, Chennai, Tamilnadu (Email: naveen_5050(at)yahoo.com) had bought a prestige grinder on 16th July 2011. Wrongful demand from Zoomcar – Rs.6,000/- : Mr. Avisek Chakraborty, Kolkata 700050, West Bengal availed car rental service from zoomcar in Bangalore on 16-12-2018.
