Fake sale on instagram

There is a page on Instagram name Brand Stand Official which deals with 1st copy products of watchs and shoes. I order a watch from them which values 1300 and received damage product. When I asked them to return or replace, they didn’t even reply to my message.

Hospital Cash claim rejected by Royal Sundaram: Mr. Ashish Saxena of Indore (Email: monikaakskwr(at)gmail.com) had taken Hospital cash Insurance from Royal Sundaram for him and his wife. His wife admited in hospital referred by the attending doctor. Royal sundaram rejected his Hospital Claim saying that their doctor panel thought that there was no need to admit in Hospital. However, the product did not give the desired service as mentioned on the website. The customer had repeately sent e-mails and was assured that they would arrange for reverse pick-up and refund.
