Fake Samsung guru music 2+ powerbank 25000 mah

I have ordered Samsung guru music 2+ powerbank 25000mah Samsung from zookr website.and I get the fake product something like-minded maxfon+ duplicate powerbank which available at 499?+0? in other websites. its a totally westage of money now they are not responding on there helpline number.and not even responding on there email address . please inform me .
