Fake Samsung handsfree mic from Rediff

Article – Samsung Handsfree Mic 3.5 mm. It has been advertised that the this is samsung product. Even the pictures shows name samsung printed on the product. However, on opening the parcel, I found these are unbranded and poor quality headphones. On complaining, Rediff replies that they has mentioned somewhere that this is OEM product and as such, you received what you ordered. However, this is fake and I want refund of my money.
