My relience gsm number got physically damaged for last 3 month, that time there was a main balance of Rs.191/-.one day i check balance through instacare app, i found there was a deduction of Rs.100/- same day i called to their customer care executives 4-5 times,2-3 time they told to call after 2 hrs. because they were unable to get data then luckily they got some data,and they gives very simple answer,sir we have only details for 72 hrs,i also went to relience store and she said the same thing.
then on 23-08-2017 i got replaced sim card from the same store for Rs.50/- again on 27-08-2017 there was a deduction of remaining balance of Rs.91/-,when i called to cce they are again telling that they are unable to get data,try next time,i tried for 2-3 days but same replied i got,today again i called them then their higher official said we have only info for last 72hrs.in this situation what a customer can do.it is not just a matter of Rs.200/- its matter of false and bad service by relience gsm. kindly charge a fine of Rs.50000/- to teach them a lesson.
