This is regarding Jabong Order for Mast & Harbour Beiege Belly Shoes. I ordered the size 36 for Rs.956.80 but Jabong gave me the size 37 instead. After I received and checked the product I headed straight to Jabong site and found that the price if the belly shoes is now Rs.1500. I raised a complaint with complaint number 45188345 to Jabong for delivering me the wrong product and requested for exchange. They assured me for a callback within 2 days. next day a female jabong executive called me and told me that the product does not come up with the exchange policy aftermath of this is that I have to return it and place a new order for Rs.1500. I confronted her that Jabong is at fault here and I am not going to bear this loss. Then she agreed to raise an exchange request and closed the comlaint. Next day Jabong’s pick up guy came and took my product followed by refund initiation the day after.
I called Jabong to know about the exchange status and they said no exchange request was ever raised on your behalf instead some other request was raised.
They said they can not exchange this product now.
Without my consent Jabong raised the return request for the product I owned. I spent my time and efforts to buy that product. They fooled me by telling me they are raising exchange request instead they raised return request. Now the product is out of stock and costs way much more. no.170706505361341
