Faulty equipment installed, no support from Airtel DTH

I installed second connection of Airtel Digital with my customer ID 3003573861, at time of installation the engineer installed faulty LNB receiver, after that I noticed some channels were flicking all time, I registered complain on 24 July, 2017 by airtel digital help desk, they registered complain and say engineer will visit at your place tomorrow before 5 pm, and from that day to today 14 th August, 2017 no one visited, at the time of second connection installation they came on time and before the time, but for that complain no one visiting, I call every 2nd day daily to customer care. Please Help.
