I has purchased a Redmi Note 4 phone around a month back. Within a week coloured pixels were visible on the screen. When I contacted the mi support and asked for a replacement they refused and asked me to visit the service centre.
At the service centre, the screen was replaced. However within two weeks problem with audio jack and proximity sensor has surfaced.
I have contacted mi support and they have asked me to visit service centre for diagnosis and repair.
This is a one month old phone. How many visits do I need to the service centre? I have asked them for refused but they are just harassing me on emails and chats by going in circles. I would request your prompt intervention in this.
