I had given my car for servicing in the month of August, 2023 and Go mechanic workshop had replaced a few parts on my vehicle and the car was delivered to me. After delivery of the vehicle, i found out that the parts were not fitted well and the repair was not done correctly for which I had immediately raised a ticket on the Gomechanic app.
Since then(August,2023) the issue was not resolved and it was pending on my portal and all my calls and messages to the escalation manager were ignored and never got a call back. Finally after 5 months i get in touch with gomechanic customer care and reminded them of this issue.
It has been 10 days and now after promising me that the vehicle will be picked up and issues will be resolved, no one bothers to do anything. Now the escalation manager says that it has been more than 1 month and they will not be able to do anything regarding this issue.
When asked that the ticket has been pending since 5 months and now you say nothing can be done, they have no response and they are hanging the call.
I would like to file an official complaint.
