Flight Tickets Not Booked and amount not refunded by Shah Tours and Travels

I contact SHAH TOURS AND TRAVELS LA & talk with Mrs. Lxxxxa sxxxxh about flight tickets. She told me please transfer the 50% amount which is 68k and i had transferred her by two-mode one is UPI and another is CURRENT ACCOUNT and after 4 hrs. i asked her where are my tickets. She said sir, please wait because it’s a group ticket it’s take time to book. I asked her every hour and every day please give me my tickets but Mrs. Leena repeat the same thing daily. I told her I don’t want a ticket because you makes me fool from last 15 days. I frustrated and I told her please refund my money but she refunded me only 10k and she messages me, sir, we will refund your full amount which is 58k. We will refund you on Friday before 12 pm but she did not refund my money then on Saturday she message me on whatsapp I will refund your money on Monday morning but she did not transfer the amount.
