I am a Flipkart plus member customer. Recently I have bought a washing machine,which was good but that was not fulfilled my requirements.so,I wanted to know about the possibility of any further refund and return policy if available.
After contacting Flipkart customer care, they have blocked my account without any pre intimation. So,I am very much unhappy with flipkart.
I was using this account from my childhood and saved coins to achieve Flipkart plus member.I was very much pleased on Flipkart service.
Now I am requesting to Flipkart to unblock my account.
I have more than 1300 coins and pending 300 more coins to come. I wished to achieve 1500 coin to unlock the Rs.3000 gift voucher and I am on that border line. At this moment Flipkart has blocked my account.To gather this 1500 coins I have purchased more than Rs. 80000 for various items in 2019 through Flipkart.
Today they blamed me that I have done unusually returns, so my account has no longer access. Even If I did many returns then they can cancel my return requests only but why they are blocking my account, it’s a insulting to customers.
I have bought some items through “Flipkart pay later” of Rs. 1308,I have to pay it also within 10th of November, as my account is blocked, how can I do it????Flipkart continously harassed me to pay that pending amount through mail and messages. They are also cancelled some of my purchased items without my permission.
My humble request to you that please help me to unblock my account and recover my 1500 coins.
