Flipkart not delivering product even after 15 days

I purchased a Mi 2 air purifier from flipkart on 20th September, 2017 and promise delivery date is 23rd September, 2017. It is not delivered till date(4th October, 2017).

Every time, I call them (which i had every alternate day since 26th Septembe along with posting on social media (facebook)), they update me that it will be delivered by end of next day. I am fed of with their false promise as it looks like either they don’t have product in stock or it lost in transit. I requested them to send me a new product and cancel it. They refused.

I woul dlike to sue flipkart for all this harrasment they had done in last week or so and still i am not sure whether i will get my product or not.

Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. Refund from Suitslabel – Rs.990/-: Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum had placed an order for designer kurtis on Suitslabel 06-04-2019 against cash on delivery. Customer received a different product and not the same as shown in the portal and ordered by her. She emailed to them about the discrepancy but there was no response.
