Myself orderd a bean bag from Flipkart but its not yet delivered and its been 2 weeks from the promised delivery date. When I called their customer care many times everytime I get a same response like we have escalated the matter wait for 3-4 days. Also they don’t provide Grievance Officer’s email address. Please help me with this. I will be sharing my other details below. Most importantly they are not allowing me to cancel my order also so that I can place a new order. Its a mental harrasment to me, I was ordered this for my daughter for her birthday and I am vary disappointed.
