Flipkart transaction failed, but Bajaj disburses loan

I did a purchase of Redmi note 4 64+ with buy back warranty on Flipkart with payment mode may bajaj finance. When I entered the OTP it showed wrong and I received SMS too. However, from Bajaj I received shopping successfully done message. And my order came on Cash on Deliver. I have spoken to Flipkart and Bajaj but no solution provided.

Po lease do needful help.

Refund from Shopclues – Rs.15,990/- : Amit Kumar Nath of Surapet, Vinayagapuram ordered a 32 inch samsung LED tv on shopclues.com on 23rd Jan,2016. vide order no 873104317. As per shopclues the material was shipped through beacon surface carrier and expected delivery date date was between 6th feb, 2016 to 9th feb,2016.
