I had ordered mi a1 mobile on 9th dec saturday and the order was placed and the delevery period was shown till 15th dec. so today when i tried to track the status of my order so it wasent in my orders though i had some screen shots which prooves that the order was placed so when i talked to flipkart customer care executive and shared the issue with them they say that the order was just created and not ordered so i told them that i have some proof that proves that i had ordered the product but they denied and told me to order the product again. when i ordered on 9th dec the discounted price was 12999 and now the price is 13999 so why should i bare 1k more for your system errors or for the inconvience caused by Flipkart.
