Food not delivered by zomato yet it shows delivered

I ordered food from zomato it showed it will be delivered by 1:28 but the delivery guys phone was switched off he never called nor picked up the calls by me and the restaurant but this morning at 5:30 the food shows delivered but i never recieved a call from zomato or delivery guy about my food being here I’ve been trying to talk to a human but I’m just complaining to chatbots on zomato please help me get my money back
