Fraud by OLX advertiser for car sale

A contact a person on Olx who is selling his old car UK 13 4xx5. He introduced me as an army person Vxxxxs Pxxxxxl posted in jaselmar. He demand a sum of rupees 5100 against parsal. In a person PAYTM account which I paid through PAYTM. He did not send me anything and now demanding more as the car is in way Kind suggest me how I can get my money back.
