I got a call from this company for data entry work. I told them to send the demo work on my mail id so that i can see if i can do the work. They said they will need my signature and one Govt id proof to verify me. Little did i know with this they’re making a fraud agreement which they will use against me to demand money. Then i recieved a mail from their side, i saw the work, it was 150 long pages which no one can complete in 15 days. I immediately called back the company and told them that i won’t be able to do that. They said ‘ok sir no problem’. Now after 15 days i got a mail from their advocate threatning me that if i don’t pay them ?9800, they will call me in court and proceedings will be followed. What kind of humiliation is this?
They are telling me that they will send a court notice at my address.
I will not give them my hard earned money. Please help me solve this. The company’s name is OnPoint services and is based in Maharashtra.

Hey, I applied and didn’t submit the work.
Now I’m getting msgs and calls for clearing dues and give settlement money. One advocated emailed me and asked to pay 80,000 to settle the matter outside court or they will proceed with court hearing and the company texted me to pay 18000 due money.
I don’t know what to do, this is scary they should be punished.
Please help me to clear this.

Its been a year and these mo…kers are still calling me. today they are sending police for verification and a few months ago they were sending the case letter… it never arrived so is the police. Can someone give me there address so that me and my boys can clean this shit.
