On 23rd November 2019 I’m in touch with one of the online work jobs company named rapid jobs. There policy is that to complete 800 forms in 7 days and you will be paid ?28,000 after the completion of form. At that time they said you increase the time if you want to. But after 3 to 4 days I said this work is hard and I am unable to do this work so please cancel my ID and password but they declined. After the time limit is over one advocate is calling me and and ask me to pay 6500 not completing their work Desh give me court orders court ids and messages again and again blackmailing me with this I am scared and give them 4000 after that I came to know that this company is totally fraud.
They send me messages like this …
As you have denied to close the case by paying the portal and maintenance charges according to the contract which was signed by you. We have to proceed legally and your case will be filed in surat session courts (surat). You will be charged under sec 73 as per the Indian contract act.
Request the authorities to take action on this company so that they refund my money back.
