Fraud regarding form filling job

I find the job from materexa technology of 1000 forms filling in 10 days via quikr jobs….The matrexa executive called me on with care executive no namely and the lady from matrexa side send the company work details on my whatsapp no on the same day i.e. 3rd janurary 2019 after that i send my aadhar no and email id for further receiving of work……they told me for otp generation on my number after signing the digital signature with the company and agreement signed with the company, i started my work on 4.1.19 as per company direction. after completing my submission i have to go outside station with my wife for urgent domestic work and the company text me on 9th 2019 that their old customer no is changed and they provide me new customer care number but i tried their 2 new  numbers startingly on 9th and 10th jan 2019 but they did not respond me on dialing for the same. despite these all  i remain continues my work to complete and i submit the 914 forms and complete the 900 forms criteria of cutoff to quality for the qc report generation. after completing my work on 13th jan i waited for my qc report generation but there is no any call or message or email by the respective company for further direction and on 17th jan 2019 evening the company mailed me on my email from their legal department
the company penalised me the the 15008 rupees including my agreement charges of 5000 but their is no mention of the charges despite agreement charges in agreement with me the company executive told me that we will charge 2500 per day as your penalty after that i told the company care no namely to provide me the hard copy of my loss on company letter pad with their letter despatch no having signature of company authority they denied me in doing this and told me that you have to pay 15008 rupees by any means before 7.00 pm by today. I  told the company care executive that your company is legal and your customer is legal so why are you not sending me my requisite payment details and  submitted work details about loss of company by me on company letter with no and signatory. dear sir/ mam plzz help me in resolving the same.
