Fraud sale of Banarasi saree through Whats app

Two months back I bought saree through online from a shop at Mubarakpur ( Near Banaras). The shop is having Facebook page in the name of Banarsi saree. The seller send the sample of saree through whatsap. I placed order for 3 sarees. I transferred Rs.3,850/- to his account. The seller sent saree after one month but sent wrong sarees which I did not order for.

Now the seller is neither taking back the sarees nor refunding my money. Seller is also not picking the phone. If messaged he is giving improper messages.

Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. Refund from Suitslabel – Rs.990/-: Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum had placed an order for designer kurtis on Suitslabel 06-04-2019 against cash on delivery. Customer received a different product and not the same as shown in the portal and ordered by her. She emailed to them about the discrepancy but there was no response.
