On 8th may 2020 I ping on whatsaap to swisholic.in, site found on Instagram. On 10th may they reply and I sent them a image of saree which I found on their Instagram post to buy that saree. On 13th may they reply the cost 1999/- but when I told them that the price of this saree mention on their post is 1749/-. Then they correct the price and told me the same. I wrote I want to buy this saree. They ask me address, I replied them. They ask me how you do payment? I replied what you prefer? They suggest me phonepe, Google pay, bank transfer. I choose phonepay they give me immediate discount for online payment and now the price of saree is 1575/-. I made the payment They insure me for colour and quality.
On 10th June I received the packet and when I open I got shocked. The saree I received is very different from the image which I found on their Instagram post. I told them this saree is different from the image which I order, I demand return and refund. I ignored me now.

Hi Anushka, Same has happened with me a week ago. With no response from them I suspected something was wrong and googled fraud regarding this company. It led me to this site. What can we do about this? There has to be some way. Pls contact me.
I forgot to mention I have not received the product.
