Fraud sales on instagram

I had purchased a shoe from the owner of an Instagram page by the name of classy stuff who claims to be from nagpur , the payment was done by a paytm transfer and the person later confessed to being a fraud I even have his confession in my chat history. I am giving the fraudster’s bank detail which are as follows. The screenshot of the paytm transfer is attached below.

Prestige Grinder servicing by TTK: Naveen Kumar, Vaanagaram Road, Athipet, Ambattur, Chennai, Tamilnadu (Email: naveen_5050(at)yahoo.com) had bought a prestige grinder on 16th July 2011. From the day he was having problems with the machine. He many times but he was not getting service from Prestige. Wrongful demand from Zoomcar – Rs.6,000/- : Mr. Avisek Chakraborty, Kolkata 700050, West Bengal availed car rental service from zoomcar in Bangalore on 16-12-2018. He had used the car for extra one hour and for which he paid additiona hire charges however the customer was presented with a demand Notice for additional Rs.6000/-.
