I ordered few makeup products for my mom from newdelhiwholesale_makeup (jxxxe rxxxxxxn) on 5 Feb 2018 I paytm the amount it’s almost 2 weeks I didn’t got the parcel they are not receiving my calls and not replying me on whtsapp I also tried to contact them on fb. Mxxxxt rxxxxn replied and said ur order is on d way and whn again I askd him abt the parcel he also stopped replying plz help me to get the refund as they r not replyin
