I ordered hand-craft from instagram page named as CREATE4224 and the whatsapp number is 7xxxxxxxx6. I ordered the product on 26th of may and they guranteed me that the order will be delivered by 31st of july in chandigarh as i was staying as paying guest there. I told them i will be leaving for my hometown by 2nd of july. They asked me to make full payment of the order amounting 1000/-. And its been 2 months i have not received my order yet.
I have asked them many a times about their address so that i could pick my order by myself or for the refund and they do not reply to my text now amd mot even provide their address and they have provided only whatsapp number so i could not even call.
