Fraudulent guarantee given on Helicon Electric Kettle

Dear Sir, I bought a product named Helicon Electric Kettle from Amazon as there is a 1 year guarantee but after 9 months the product stopped working and I requested for repair the I came to know the company is completely fake and doesn’t have any service centre. I raise the query on Amazon and their executive denied that any guarantee claimed on Amazon website may be fake or true and they doesn’t have a responsibility regarding that. They can take action on a seller only if he give a written that he is fake by himself (what a joke). I request Consumer Court to take serious action on such false guarantee.

Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. Refund from Suitslabel – Rs.990/-: Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum had placed an order for designer kurtis on Suitslabel 06-04-2019 against cash on delivery. Customer received a different product and not the same as shown in the portal and ordered by her. She emailed to them about the discrepancy but there was no response.
