With lots of reluctance, I am writing to you as a final resort. I am berarer of Citibank Credit card No. 4xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx2 since month of 25 Nov 2017. 5:20 pm. Few days back someday did fraudulent activity with my CITI credit card from one of the popular online shopping site Amazon; even I had not recevied any OTP or transaction SMS. it was come to my mind as i checked my card statement. When I checked with customer care no. of Citibank at 01 Dec. 2017, I learnt from executive that it could not be happened without getting sms, you might by deleted the same. Your in-time action on this complaint can prevent frauds that this person or group is executing and I can get my money back with your striving. Your Sincerely,
