I paid my bescom bill of rs. 409 using freeecharge. It failed but it was showing that it was successful fraudently. After few days i received intimation from bescom that if i don’t pay bill on right time my connection will be discontinued. But freecharge is not ready to pay my refund. Also they don’t have any customer care which makes it very tough for me to contact them. Please your intervention in this issue is needed for quick help.
