Freecharge Payment to Swiggy failed but refund not received

Payment Failed but Not received Refund. Value: 300. I ordered food from Swiggy and made payment from FreeCharge and payment got failed but i have not received the payment return in my account. Worst Website ever Please BAN this website. Worst experience ever Worst Worst!!!!
