We have booked air ticket from goibibo site on 31st, July’18. From Pune to Cochi and back to Pune for the date 5th of December’18 and return on 10th Dec’18. However after processing the payment process we got error 504 Gateway Timeout www.goibibo.com.
So we booked another ticket for same dates but we got message that tickets are full so change d dates instead of 5th December we booked for 4th Dec’18 arrival date to kochhi is same 5th dec’.
Again after processing payment we got the page saying we are working on your ticket, it’s under process. Please wait do not book another ticket.
So we waited however it was found that both the times ticket got booked and our amount is deducted twice.
We lodged a complaint on goibibo site that because of your system error we booked 2 times if we would have got message while booking 1at time like 2 nd time that we are working on on your ticket please wait instead of 504 error we would not have booked 2 nd time.
We are getting one standard reply from them our team is working on on your request please wait. If we call customer care for 3 to 4 times they just our team call u back. Some time we get call back sometime not that to with standard answer our team is working on it please wait. They even not ready to give there SLA. Every time new customer care lift the call and we need to explain issue again and again.
Team I need your help to get full refund of my hard earned money at the earliest as my credit card bill also got due.
