I ordered a google pixel 2xl, in which a clear and specific offer was given 10k cashback on credit and debit card both. they havent provided me cashback and when i complained they accepted their fault and promised to pay it very soon, but nothing has been done. when i again make a complaint they started telling repeatedly that the offer was ONLY ON CREDIT CARD, I SUBMITTED THE SCREENSHOT IN WHICH IT WAS CLEARLY MENTIONED THAT OFFER WAS APPLICABLE ON BOTH THE CARDS ALONG WITH ORDER ID. Now they are saying that it is not our fault we can’t help you in this matter. they have harrased me upto an unbearable extent. i not only want my 10000 but compensation from flipkart
