Got bad quality products from Shopnow teleshopping

I ordered some t shirts from shop now (tele shopping). At the time of placing the order I was told it’s 80% cotton and 20% polyster but when I received the product it was the exact opposite. When I complained on their support system they were like we will hear the recording of your order and get back. But they never got back. Now they are ignoring my calls. Order no- 5156983.
