Got scammed by Instagram shoes seller

16 July I saw a Advertisement on Instagram selling shoes for cheaper prices so thought of trying it ones
Placed order according process that seller told via chat for rs 1599 and he asked to pay 200 rs advance for delivery charges as order I placed was cash on delivery
So after 2 weeks today 29 July it’s came I paid the delivery guy 1399
But instead of shoes I ordered they sent shoes that can be bought at 100 rs even
After calling seller back he wasn’t picking phone now blocked my no and. Instagram account
He got money of 1599 total fraud rn he may be making fool to more people

The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. Refund from Suitslabel – Rs.990/-: Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum had placed an order for designer kurtis on Suitslabel 06-04-2019 against cash on delivery. Customer received a different product and not the same as shown in the portal and ordered by her. She emailed to them about the discrepancy but there was no response.
