I booked two tickets from happy easy go and later got it cancelled from Air India due to delay in take off. Air India has refunded the full amount to Happy easy go. However, happy easy go is not ready to refund the money back to me; instead they are telling me about multiple policies and for me to get some stamp copy from Air India which the airlines doesn’t provide. It’s been four months and the customer care for happy easy go is also immensely rude and threaten as well as abuse when I insist on talking to their supervisor who doesn’t talk to me ever.
