Happy Easy Go not allowing to cancel flight ticket

Flight Booked from Happy Easy Go, Airline cancelled the flight but Happy easy go not allowing to cancel. Value: Rs7800. I booked a ticket from Mumbai to kolkata due to covid situation the flight cancelled i got the message from Air line and for cancellation contact application customer care, first of all in the app the ticket is not cancelling and second the customer care persons not receiving call.
