HDFC block’s account for pan card used by another person

I have an account number in HDFC bank and I got a call from there they told me to block my bank account because my Pancard is also using by another person. Even I visited income tax department in Lucknow, they just wasted my time 3-4 days and no result came. So this is a request to you to solve this problem because I am sure I will face many problems if this issue will not fixed. Please help me to fix this problem.
