I got a Call from HDFC Phone banking executive 2week back.During the discussion, she took all the required details from me and Confirmed ma that I would receive a Regalia Card. But When I got the card in hand, I found that it was a Diners Club International Card.So, I launched a complaint on their site but nobody helped me with the proper solution. Instead, they provide me with the wrong information.
They told me that Dinners card is accepted everywhere.But while using it, I found that this card is not accepted anywhere, not in online or in offline mode.So I called them back, then they told me”Sir, you have to use it where the POS is approved with Diners”.
Also, when I ask them how to cancel this card, no Customer care executive have the information on how that could be done. this is not the kind of service expected from the bank like HDFC.i feel have been cheated into this.
I possess all the recordings of my conversation with the bank executives.if required I can submit it.
I need proper compensation and solution of my issue. It is my earnest request to you to kindly look into the issue at the earliest.
