I placed an order in Healthkart for Muscle Blaze whey protein for the value Rs. 4,799/- on 13th November 2018. The product was shipped by Healthkart on 13th November through Xpressbees couriers on 13th November from Delhi and the same was received in chennai centre on 17th November 2018.
Till today the product has not been delivered to me. When I contacted Xpressbees customer care on 19th November, they asked me to check with Mr. Mxxxxl who is the chennai in charge. I have been talking with Mr. Mxxxxl since 19th November and he has been giving me reasons for not delivering the product such as ” No man power, Heavy rain (even though it was not raining), got held up in traffic , will be delivered tomorrow for sure”.
The courier company nor Mr. Mxxxxl is not bothered to update me with the reason for delay and every day I have to call Mr. Mxxxxxl to get these updates.
On 21st November, i highlighted this issue with Healthkart customer care and got update that the issue will be resolved in 24-48 hrs. I contacted Mr. Mxxxxl on 22nd November and he promised that the product will be delivered for sure before 3pm but so far the same has not been delivered. When i try to reach him on phone, he is not answering or disconnecting the calls.
The courier company keeps sending me message that the product is out for delivery and please make yourself available to collect the product. Even though i am available at home to collect the product, the courier company updates on their site with false reason as ” Unable to deliver your product as you have requested for a future delivery”.
I would like to bring this issue to the concerned authorities so that necessary action can be taken against Xpressbees courier company for their poor service and its incharge Mr. Mxxxxl for his irresponsible behaviour.
