I’ve purchased a Hero maestro last year and from the starting we are facing battery issue of the product I’ve complaint many times but they have not provided any solution yet every time I complaint it but they closed automatically without any discussion with me. I’m facing this issue from last one year but the company/dealership is not resolving it.
Even at the time of service dealership charged me the extra 2% amount against the bill amount when I denied to payment so they said do whaterver you want to do but you have to pay extra amount for the same and I’ve a proof of the same what was the bill amount & what they charged to me. Request you to please look at the above matter & do the needful.
