I purchased hitachi window ac 1.1 ton and also bought AMC comprehensive with coil from hitachi itself. I reported a breakdown request to Hitachi customer care on dated 10/04/2018. Till date no one has attented our complaint. At the time of purchase we were told it’s after sale service is really good but it is not.
