I made a purchase from H&M on 13th March 2023 of rs. 1438.20 and delivery was expected on but the package is pending for more than 10 days with Delhivery and it is not being delivered and they are stating reason as unexpected error.
I tried going to the Delhivery partner to collect it but they sent me to their 3 different delivery centres and they don’t know where is the package.
I called H&M customer care multiple times but they are not helping n clearly telling we cnt cancel it and you have to wait for delivery.
Even they said they have raised a ticket 011283804 for my complaint but no update and now customer care is just disconnecting my call.
Please help me either getting the product or my money to be refunded. Order id :27xxxxxxxxxxx2
