I have taken a 72000/- Loan from Home Credit and now I have paid 10 EMI & now I want to close my loan with fourcloser benefit. but when I called customer care no. of Home Credit they are telling me that there system is not working & they are unable to tell the forclose amount. I have been calling to customer care number from last 3 days and getting the same answer, home credit is not willing to tell the amount, even I have not received any call from Home Credit. I am being cheated by Home Credit.
